States must be accountable for freedom of expression, according to IACHR

The IACHR Rapporteur points out that there is polarization in social networks. Pedro Vaca Villarreal, special rapporteur on freedom of expression of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR), acknowledges that “we are at a turning point” regarding the guarantees for the right to freedom of expression.
